Labor Doula
This package includes emotional, physical, and informational support through pregnancy, labor, and birth. Whether you're planning a hospital or home delivery, I’ll be there to support your preferences and help you feel empowered, informed and cared for throughout.
3 prenatal visits
On-call support starting at 36 weeks
Continuous support during active labor and birth.
Use of comfort measures
Immediate postpartum support
1 postpartum follow-up visit to check in on your recovery and answer any questions.

Postpartum Doula
This package is all about nurturing you in the early days and weeks after birth. Whether it’s your first baby or your fifth, I offer nonjudgmental support that meets you where you are so you can rest, recover and bond with your baby.
Daytime or overnight in-home support
Newborn care education and hands-on assistance
Feeding Support
Light household help (baby laundry, meal prep, tidying)
Emotional support and encouragement
Referrals to trusted resources as needed
